Salary: $93,600 – $104,000

What you will do

• Ensure full compliance with federal (OSHA), state, and local safety standards, including electrical high-voltage work.
• Develop and maintain a Project Safety Roadmap to track safety goals, audits, and performance metrics.
• Facilitate end-to-end incident investigations and manage the implementation of corrective actions.
• Conduct regular job-site audits to identify and resolve unsafe behaviors or conditions in real-time.
• Provide field coaching and safety briefings to General Foremen and field crews.
• Maintain accurate safety logs and provide regular performance reports to project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of direct experience in construction safety (electrical, high-voltage, or utility preferred).
• OSHA 30 (Construction) certification is strictly required.
• BCSP Certification (e.g., CHST, STS, or CSP) is required.
• Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work onsite at active construction sites in Fairfax.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Construction Management, or Engineering.
• CPR/First Aid Certification, especially with Trainer status.
