TL;DR

What you will do

  • Implement safety programs, policies, and procedures on assigned mission critical projects.
  • Conduct jobsite safety audits, inspections, and hazard identification activities.
  • Monitor site compliance with safety standards and report findings to leadership.
  • Maintain accurate safety documentation, including reports, logs, and inspection records.
  • Coordinate and facilitate safety orientations and training sessions for field personnel.
  • Participate in safety meetings and toolbox talks to promote a positive safety culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, construction management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of safety experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  • OSHA10 or OSHA30 certification, or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between job sites.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to work in active construction environments, including climbing ladders and traversing uneven terrain.
