Entry-Level Electrical Engineer

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Develop electrical system designs based on project scope and client requirements.
• Conduct surveys and document existing electrical systems in buildings.
• Perform system design calculations and select appropriate equipment.
• Write and edit project specifications and prepare detailed design reports.
• Research and ensure compliance with building codes and standards.
• Coordinate design work with other engineering disciplines and perform QA/QC.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Must be able to work onsite in NH, MA, or ME.
• Familiarity with industry codes, standards, and design guidelines.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Excellent work ethic and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.
• Experience with Revit and MS Office.
• Experience with lighting design software.
