What you will do

  • Direct overall site management of assigned construction projects from mobilization through project completion and demobilization.
  • Create and update final project schedules in collaboration with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal scheduling staff.
  • Manage site logistics for maximum efficiency to ensure client operations are never interrupted.
  • Collaborate with the Safety Director to maintain strict compliance with the organization's safety plan.
  • Implement quality control plans and develop action plans to resolve quality concerns without disrupting the schedule.
  • Produce and maintain all required project documentation and report progress on budget and status to supervisors.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in field construction supervision as a superintendent, foreman, or similar role.
  • OSHA 30-hour certification and CPR/First-Aid certification required.
  • Thorough understanding of Federal, multi-state, and local construction safety regulations.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to local and regional project sites.
  • High school diploma required; graduate of an applicable trade school is preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
