What you will do

  • Manage strategic hirify.global MSP partners and develop joint business plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Drive adoption of MDR and next-gen portfolio opportunities through new logo acquisition and up-selling/cross-selling.
  • Utilize analytical skills to turn data into strategic insights and track adoption metrics for the business.
  • Support partners in qualifying and closing complex deals, coordinating with sales engineers and internal teams.
  • Lead joint business reviews and planning processes based on clearly defined KPIs and SMART goals.
  • Enable partner sales and technical staff through certification, training, and go-to-market readiness plans.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in MSP Partner Management within the Netherlands, Belgium, or Luxembourg.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas in a partner-driven, quota-carrying role.
  • Experience developing business plans and service offerings specifically for MSPs.
  • Strong ability to build and foster C-level and executive relationships within strategic partners.
  • Fluent spoken and written Dutch and English (mandatory).
  • Legal authorization to work in the Netherlands without sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Solid understanding of the Cybersecurity market and industry landscape.
  • Experience with RMM/PSA platforms and integrating commercial models.
  • Ability to interpret Annual Reports and understand investment decision-making fundamentals.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle, from acquisition to retention.
