What you will do

• Manage strategic hirify.global partners in Germany to drive revenue and non-revenue growth.
• Develop comprehensive business and marketing plans, including MDF strategies and account penetration.
• Provide ongoing sales and technical training to partner organizations.
• Create marketing plans to drive incremental sales pipeline and revenues.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and engineering teams to accelerate regional growth.
• Oversee channels registered with wholesalers and monitor renewals.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic channel sales within the networking or security sectors.
• Proven experience building business and marketing plans with strategic partners.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with direct revenue responsibilities.
• Must be based in Germany.
