What you will do

  • Design and implement AI-driven workflows to improve campaign execution, content production, and operational efficiency.
  • Convert one-off AI experiments into scalable, repeatable systems for the marketing team.
  • Own end-to-end funnel performance, ensuring data integrity, tracking accuracy, and system reliability.
  • Build and maintain consistent reporting to provide actionable visibility into pipeline performance.
  • Partner with RevOps to evolve the tech stack, including Marketo, Salesforce, ON24, Cvent, Qualified, and Asana.
  • Standardize lifecycle stages, attribution models, and shared success metrics.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing operations or demand operations.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Proven track record of improving pipeline performance through systems, data, or automation.
  • Experience applying LLMs and prompt design to real marketing use cases.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, BDR, and Revenue Operations teams.
  • Must be based in Canada or the United States.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with ON24, Cvent, Qualified, and Asana.
  • A clear point of view on build vs buy decisions for AI tools.
  • Experience integrating AI into workflows with appropriate human oversight.
