What you will do

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and lifecycle changes.
• Evaluate engineering changes and define clear implementation plans with stakeholders.
• Assess supply chain and logistics impacts of project decisions and propose solutions.
• Manage material flow for prototypes, pilot builds, and critical components.
• Align supply chain capacity with product roadmaps to support product ramp-up.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks and drive timely resolution across teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, mechanical/industrial engineering, or business administration.
• At least 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or product lifecycle coordination.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under United States Export Administration Regulations.
• Proficiency with enterprise systems such as SAP and data analysis tools (Excel, Python).
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
