What you will do

• Perform general production processes, including processing raw materials and delivering supplies to workstations.
• Palletize finished products and use Scan and RF guns for tracking.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and floors following 6S practices.
• Operate basic machinery and complete required technical paperwork.
• Collaborate with machine operators and Team Leaders to report safety or maintenance concerns.
• Participate as a team member within cross-functional work units.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED.
• 0–2 years of experience as a Production Operator (this is a learning role).
• Experience with SAP.
• Must adhere to all safe work practices and rules as this is a safety-sensitive position.

Nice to have

• Experience or interest in participating in Continuous Improvement projects.
