What you will do

• Operate and set up state-of-the-art DTG printing equipment.
• Perform regular maintenance on printers and auxiliary workstation tools.
• Conduct quality checks on all printed items to minimize defects.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical or software issues during production.
• Meet daily production goals set by the team lead.
• Follow strict safety and operational procedures throughout the shift.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in a production or technical environment.
• Understanding of technical printing processes.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work well within a team.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
