What you will do

• Conduct preventative maintenance on coating systems, ovens, and cooling tunnels.
• Inspect parts for quality criteria and determine necessary actions for non-conforming items.
• Manage line hanging and unloading processes at a fast pace.
• Perform quality checks using color sample plates and paint measuring devices.
• Maintain accurate records on process sheets and utilize scanning/printing equipment.
• Ensure workspace cleanliness and organize materials including hooks and pallets.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience demonstrating performance competency.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy parts, pallets, and returnable bins.
• Capability to interpret scheduling sheets and technical correspondence.
• Strong attention to detail for color differentiation and quality assessment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify participant).
