What you will do

• Assemble furniture products and components following established work instructions.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area according to 5S standards.
• Inspect products and equipment to identify and report quality or safety issues.
• Rotate among departmental workstations to support operational flexibility.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Basic math skills including counting, addition, and subtraction.
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
• Capacity to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet production schedules.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
