What you will do

• Set up and operate specialized manufacturing equipment according to technical specifications.
• Perform 100% inspection of finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Utilize air and electric hand tools, including grinders and drills, for specific tasks.
• Execute preventative maintenance and maintain a clean, organized workspace using 5S procedures.
• Interpret design drawings and measure parts accurately using calipers and tape measures.
• Communicate quality issues effectively to team members and supervisors.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to East Greenville, PA
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience demonstrating performance competency.
• Proven experience in a metal fabrication environment operating machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret dimensions from design drawings.
• Proficiency in using shop measurement devices and hand tools.
• Willingness to adhere to all safety and environmental standards.
