What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries regarding billing, payments, and account status.
• Support customer onboarding, account setup, and master data maintenance in SAP.
• Manage assigned customer accounts to ensure timely processing of credit/debit note approvals via ASG guidelines.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities related to accounts receivable.
• Utilize SAP FI and SD modules to manage billing and financial records.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or customer service.
• Hands-on experience with SAP FI/AR and SD modules.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future for employment.
