What you will do

• Lead FSE planning and resource allocation across NAM, MAM, and SAM regions to ensure optimal utilization.
• Manage critical escalations and make data-driven decisions to prevent production disruptions.
• Establish and maintain process governance and standardization across all regional planning stakeholders.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of planners, transforming them into strategic contributors.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure the right technical resources are assigned at the right time.
• Drive continuous improvement of operational performance and organizational design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• Significant experience in Field Service, Operations, or Planning functions.
• Proven track record of managing cross-regional operations and resource allocation.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with a focus on team management and development.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Expertise in process design and governance.
