What you will do

  • Oversee regional field operations and optimize workforce planning for seamless delivery.
  • Manage installation and maintenance operations to ensure high-performance standards are met.
  • Participate in project delivery meetings to track progress and resolve operational challenges.
  • Lead teams in executing projects on time and within budget while adhering to technical specifications.
  • Conduct cost analysis and risk assessments to provide actionable recommendations for project improvement.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership abilities to guide teams and ensure project accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proven experience managing field installation and maintenance, including personnel, vehicles, and equipment.
  • Solid understanding of Quality Management System (QMS) processes and company policy compliance.
  • Adept analytical skills for estimating project costs and performing risk assessments.
  • Must be based in the DC/VA/MD Metro Area.
