What you will do

• Manage engineering processes through all design phases, including Concept, Building Permit, and Detailed design.
• Handle tender management and the preparation of offers with defined engineering scopes.
• Coordinate cross-country project teams across various disciplines such as Process, Piping, Instrumentation, Architecture, and Structure.
• Directly manage the engineering team or collaborate with Project Engineers to ensure delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in the engineering field for industrial sectors (e.g., Food, Chemical, Automotive, Oil & Gas).
• Technical background in Structure, Architecture, Building services, Process, or Mechanical engineering.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Navis, and AutoCAD viewers.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Valid driving licence and mobility for business trips within Romania and abroad.

Nice to have

• PMP or similar professional certification.
