Project Manager (Tech)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of product and tech initiatives from planning to release.
• Create and maintain roadmaps for multiple projects and Scrum teams, tracking dependencies.
• Facilitate effective Scrum events and promote Agile best practices across teams.
• Work closely with Product Owners to support outcome-focused project execution.
• Collect and analyze metrics across Scrum teams to identify patterns and improve flow predictability.
• Communicate delivery status, risks, and issues transparently to project stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, system architecture, and API integrations.
• Experience managing complex projects and dependencies across multiple business units.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation (functional and non-functional).
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, or Lucidchart.
• English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher required.
