What you will do

• Own the full project lifecycle for new data center builds, from site selection to network validation and handover.
• Coordinate with DC providers (Equinix, Flexential, Digital Realty) for rack space, power, and cage setup.
• Manage the procurement of routers, switches, and optics, tracking POs and delivery schedules.
• Direct smart hands for physical installations, including racking, stacking, and cabling.
• Manage network expansion projects, capacity upgrades, and new service rollouts.
• Build and leverage AI workflows and automations to optimize project delivery and performance.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of project management experience in IT/telecom.
• Minimum 2 years of direct experience managing data center build-outs or colocation deployments.
• Hands-on experience with major colocation portals and processes (e.g., Equinix).
• Solid understanding of DC infrastructure, including power feeds, cabling standards, and rack layouts.
• Basic networking knowledge regarding routers, switches, and transport circuits.
• Demonstrated experience building workflows or tools using AI (prompt engineering, agentic frameworks).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of network console infrastructure (e.g., OpenGear).
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Linear.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar professional certifications.
