What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from inbound and outbound prospecting to closing agreements.
- Act as a problem-solver for enterprise and SMB prospects by formulating tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure optimal outcomes for both the business and clients.
- Work with the Marketing team to develop partnerships, attend events, and build an acquisition funnel.
- Maintain a structured approach to sales using CRM tools to track progress and hit targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a focus on ownership and getting things done.
- Ability to adapt communication styles to suit diverse audiences.
