TL;DR

Procurement Manager (Global Suppliers): Managing end-to-end procurement processes and global supply chain operations with an accent on contract negotiation, supplier performance, and sustainability compliance. Focus on driving cost efficiencies, mitigating supply risks, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to support the global racing series.

Location: Hybrid role, must be able to work 3 days a week in the Hammersmith, London office.

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end tender processes for allocated global work packages.
  • Draft and review contract documents, including variations and dispute resolutions.
  • Actively manage supplier performance against contractual deliverables and KPIs.
  • Partner with legal and finance teams to negotiate payment terms and contract conditions.
  • Maintain global procurement trackers and manage essential documentation like NDAs and PQQs.
  • Champion sustainability initiatives within the company and its supply ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in end-to-end procurement and supply chain management for global packages.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing cost reductions and optimal terms.
  • Proficiency in contract drafting, variation management, and dispute resolution.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and set measurable KPIs.
  • Excellent collaborative communication skills for working with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Hammersmith, London 3 days per week.
