What you will do

• Plan, manage, and evaluate logistics operations liaising with internal teams, suppliers, transport providers, and subcontractors.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies, policies, and best practices to enhance operational performance.
• Resolve transportation and logistics system issues while maintaining high quality and service within budget.
• Negotiate rates and optimize contracts with packaging, transportation, and logistics providers.
• Recommend optimal transport modes and routes to remove waste and unnecessary steps in the process.
• Analyze logistics data to provide meaningful insights for cost improvements and customer service.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics coordination and transport planning.
• Ability to prepare final transportation plans and comply with shipping documents.
• Proven skill in negotiating with logistics and transportation providers.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret trends and review data.
