What you will do

• Manage requisition queues and progress purchase order approvals in accordance with company policy.
• Resolve queries and correct documentation to ensure transaction accuracy and compliance.
• Provide procurement process support to enable users to operate within risk guidelines.
• Maintain high data integrity by capturing procurement data accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to improve PO penetration and reduce exceptions.
• Guide business users through the purchase order and ordering process.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills with a positive, solutions-focused approach.
• Experience engaging and supporting a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of P2P tools such as Oracle, SAP, or Workday.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with strong organizational skills.
• Digital confidence and familiarity with buying processes.
• Confident problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
