What you will do
- Manage daily procurement operations, including sourcing, supplier support, and contract workflow management.
- Oversee master data governance and manage critical suppliers.
- Update and maintain key governance tools, such as the Procurement Accountability Matrix and Business Continuity Plan.
- Collaborate with Finance, Technology, Legal, and external partners in project governance forums.
- Support the implementation and adoption of Source to Pay (S2P) programs and new procurement policies.
Requirements
- Expertise with procurement tools: Ariba, SAP, and Oracle Fusion.
- Deep understanding of the Source to Contract process, category management, and contract lifecycle management.
- Proven experience managing operational procurement responsibilities and projects.
- Strong communication and influencing skills for engaging stakeholders across functions.
- Must have the appropriate right to work in the UK.
