What you will do

• Develop and implement a comprehensive global supply chain strategy across multiple sites and programs.
• Lead the creation, negotiation, and execution of supplier contracts, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Define and deploy procurement strategies aligned with ESA and national agency (CNES, DLR, LSA, UKSA) requirements.
• Establish the "Make-or-Buy" strategy and oversee the selection of direct and subcontracted suppliers.
• Manage multi-million-euro capital investment projects and ensure operational efficiency in procurement.
• Ensure strict compliance with import/export regulations, ISO, and ITAR standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in global procurement and contract manufacturing within product manufacturing.
• Deep expertise in the European space ecosystem, including ESA procurement rules and geo-return principles.
• Experience scaling products from R&D to production using PLM and ERP systems.
• Proven track record of implementing supply chain strategies in multi-site industries.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering.

• Proficiency in French and/or German.
• Familiarity with cross-border procurement within Europe.
• Experience with institutional and commercial program dynamics.
• Advanced negotiation and contracting skills with high attention to legal accuracy.
