What you will do

• Utilize Microsoft Autopilot and Intune for modern device provisioning.
• Perform white-glove setups including manual domain joins and specialized software installations.
• Manage end-to-end hardware logistics from receiving and unboxing to asset tagging and shipping.
• Maintain 100% accuracy in the CMDB asset management database.
• Conduct quality assurance audits on hardware and peripherals before client delivery.
• Manage secure data destruction and e-waste processes for retired equipment.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week in Holland, MI.
• CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in desktop support or imaging.
• Proficiency in configuring Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Entra, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
