Salary: $70,000 – $80,000

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day IT support for internal users and external sites, both onsite and remote.
• Build, maintain, and deploy standardized Windows images.
• Manage the full device lifecycle, including procurement, staging, deployment, refresh, and decommissioning.
• Configure and support MDM platforms such as Intune and JAMF.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and accurate asset inventory records.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4+ years of experience in IT or desktop support roles.
• Proven experience with Windows image creation and deployment (required).
• Experience with MDM solutions (Intune, JAMF, or similar).
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure AD / Entra ID environments.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid at the New Haven, CT headquarters.

Nice to have

• CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification.
• Basic scripting or automation experience, specifically with PowerShell.
