What you will do

• Maintain professional relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for all client communication.
• Build and develop revenue streams within the existing client base through upselling and optimization.
• Lead recurring client meetings and ensure all follow-up items are addressed.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve service delivery issues and oversee project campaign execution.
• Review software changes, participate in UAT testing, and onboard new clients.
• Analyze client performance and provide monthly settlement files and reporting.

Requirements

• Must be based in California.
• 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing, account management, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to compile and communicate client requirements to internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
