What you will do
- Maintain professional relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for all client communication.
- Build and develop revenue streams within the existing client base through upselling and optimization.
- Lead recurring client meetings and ensure all follow-up items are addressed.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve service delivery issues and oversee project campaign execution.
- Review software changes, participate in UAT testing, and onboard new clients.
- Analyze client performance and provide monthly settlement files and reporting.
Requirements
- Must be based in California.
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing, account management, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to compile and communicate client requirements to internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
