What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients across global markets to ensure high satisfaction and service delivery.
• Own the full lifecycle of client accounts, including renewals, upselling, and expansion opportunities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor client performance and traffic trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and optimization.
• Maintain accurate client data and reporting within the CRM system.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the A2P messaging industry, with at least 2 years in enterprise account management.
• Deep industry knowledge of A2P SMS products, delivery flows, and traffic analytics.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise-level clients.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced remote environment.
• English proficiency required.
