TL;DR
Enterprise Client Success Manager (Manufacturing): Managing and expanding relationships with a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise-level clients with an accent on account growth, retention, and strategic partnership. Focus on driving adoption, conducting executive-level business reviews, and monitoring customer health metrics to mitigate churn.
Location: Remote. Must be available to work 9 AM to 5 PM EST.

What you will do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of 40+ mid-market and enterprise customer accounts.
- Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
- Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, and strategic account planning sessions.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals.
- Monitor customer health metrics and collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, and Support teams.
- Track account performance and maintain records using Zoho CRM and Google Workspace.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar B2B roles.
- Proven experience managing a book of business with 40 or more accounts.
- Experience conducting executive-level meetings and engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Zoho CRM, Zoho Dashboards, and Google Workspace.
- Availability to work Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.
Nice to have
- Experience working within the manufacturing industry or supporting industrial clients.
- Experience in logistics or supply chain-related industries.
- Familiarity with SaaS or operational business solutions.
