Enterprise Client Success Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Remote. Must be available to work 9 AM to 5 PM EST.

What you will do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of 40+ mid-market and enterprise customer accounts.
• Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
• Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, and strategic account planning sessions.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals.
• Monitor customer health metrics and collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, and Support teams.
• Track account performance and maintain records using Zoho CRM and Google Workspace.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar B2B roles.
• Proven experience managing a book of business with 40 or more accounts.
• Experience conducting executive-level meetings and engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Zoho CRM, Zoho Dashboards, and Google Workspace.
• Availability to work Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.

• Experience working within the manufacturing industry or supporting industrial clients.
• Experience in logistics or supply chain-related industries.
