Location: Remote position from Berlin (with visits to HQ for onboarding and events)

Salary: ~100K gross per year + bonus

What you will do

• Own the country strategy and P&L, translating global goals into local execution plans with clear KPIs.
• Drive topline growth through localized go-to-market strategies and optimized supply acquisition.
• Lead and inspire a commercial team consisting of Account Managers, Account Executives, and University Partnership Managers.
• Monitor and steer regional performance using data-driven decision-making (WBR/QBR).
• Partner with global functional heads to adapt global playbooks for regional execution excellence.
• Build strong external relationships with universities, property operators, and professional landlords.

Requirements

• Experience leading business units or regional operations within a high-growth marketplace or platform company.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets with full P&L responsibility.
• Ability to balance global priorities with local market realities.
• Comfort with data-driven management and using analytical dashboards for forecasting.
• English and German language proficiency required.
• Must be based in Berlin.
