What you will do
- Act as a force multiplier for the CEO by owning critical strategic topics and driving key decision-making processes.
- Sharpen the Group's strategic operating rhythm, including OKRs, executive meetings, and leadership conferences.
- Drive accountability by challenging senior leadership, following up on commitments, and ensuring strategic priorities translate into business impact.
- Manage the Group-level KPI dashboard using data and AI-enabled analytics to provide transparency on performance.
- Prepare high-stakes governance materials, including Supervisory Board presentations and strategic storylines.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in business building, strategy, or consulting.
- Proven track record of leading a business or commercial unit.
- Exceptional strategic acumen and commercial judgment with the ability to turn ambiguity into action.
- English proficiency (C1+) required; German is a plus.
- Strong presentation and storylining skills to create compelling executive-level narratives.
- Must be based in Munich or willing to commute for the hybrid office requirement.
