VP of Mature Markets (Physical Access Control)

What you will do

• Define and communicate the vision, mission, and strategic direction for the Mature Markets organization.
• Manage full P&L responsibility to achieve top-and bottom-line growth across all assigned territories.
• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing multi-disciplinary teams across sales, pre-sales, technical, and marketing.
• Collaborate with the PACS Leadership team to execute regional growth plans and strategic investments.
• Analyze competitive landscapes and lead high-level negotiations to secure strategic partnerships.
• Serve as the regional spokesperson for financials, KPIs, forecasting, and acquisition integration.

Requirements

• 10+ years of related experience, including significant management of large teams.
• Proven experience running a full P&L with a track record of driving top and bottom-line objectives.
• BA or BS degree in a related field; MBA is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead transformational programs and manage complexity across multiple geographies.
• Willingness and ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
