What you will do

• Define and execute commercial strategy for categories across the DACH region.
• Drive topline growth, profitability, and KPI performance at the product level.
• Lead pricing, promotions, and campaign planning to maximize commercial impact.
• Optimize onsite merchandising and customer journeys to improve conversion rates.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team of 4 professionals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and Vendor Management teams to deliver business outcomes.

Requirements

• German language skills (minimum B1) and strong English proficiency.
• Must be based in or able to work from Munich, Germany.
• Proven experience in retail, FMCG, or e-commerce with category ownership.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset.
• Experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of DACH market dynamics and customer behavior.
