What you will do

• Define global strategy and cascade it to 70+ markets while integrating local insights and priorities.
• Manage P&L and portfolio actions to ensure alignment between global strategy and financial performance.
• Lead value creation and performance improvement initiatives using a consultative and hands-on approach.
• Act as the primary liaison between corporate headquarters and regional/local management entities.
• Source and drive the implementation of operational best practices across the global ecosystem.
• Translate complex data into meaningful insights and present recommendations to C-level and global management.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, or bizdev/strategy within fast-paced tech companies.
• High proficiency in financial modeling and leveraging data for business decisions.
• Proven track record of working with and influencing C-level executives.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with stakeholders from diverse cultural and functional backgrounds.
• Ownership mentality and readiness to be hands-on to achieve results.
• English: Proficiency required (primary business language).

Nice to have

• International work experience.
• Technical skills, specifically SQL.
