What you will do

• Investigate and adjust low to moderately complex auto claims to determine liability and coverage.
• Manage the end-to-end damages process for total loss claims while supporting policyholders.
• Negotiate settlements and pursue recovery opportunities in compliance with state regulations.
• Utilize AI tools like Microsoft Copilot to enhance efficiency, research, and content generation.
• Collaborate with internal partners and vendors to facilitate timely claims resolution.
• Provide professional claims service via phone and other digital channels.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Current Insurance Adjuster License required.
• 1+ years of professional claims adjusting experience.
• Experience in an inbound phone-intensive contact center environment.
• Proficiency in Windows-based systems and ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 1 year of customer service or customer contact experience.
