What you will do

• Verify, gather, and record physical descriptions of real estate properties.
• Submit regular progress reports on assigned work.
• Serve as a public-facing representative of the reassessment team.
• Maintain professional communication and appearance during all property visits.

Requirements

• Must be based in the King William, VA area
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods in all weather conditions.
• Ability to climb stairs and carry up to 10 lbs of equipment.
• Effective verbal communication skills for interacting with the public.

Nice to have

• Real estate appraisal experience.
• Previous experience in census, mail delivery, or similar field roles.
