What you will do

• Assist with setting up supplier contracts and supplier pricing terms.
• Handle incoming customer calls and explain services via phone.
• Update internal database systems with onboarding and contract information.
• Initiate communications with internal teams and the customer base.
• Follow up with customers to ensure contract maintenance.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in customer support and data entry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer management skills with attention to detail and customer needs.
• Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work within challenging time frames in a dynamic environment.
• In-depth knowledge of PC and web applications, including MS Office.

Nice to have

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
