What you will do

• Execute integrated multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, nurture programs, and webinars.
• Manage audience segmentation, list building, and campaign setup within marketing automation platforms.
• Perform rigorous QA on campaign assets, links, forms, and tracking to ensure flawless launches.
• Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives for high-value strategic accounts.
• Mhirify.globalor performance metrics, track pipeline influence, and conduct A/B testing to optimize engagement.
• Collaborate with Digital, Marketing Ops, SDRs, and Product Marketing teams to align execution.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 3+ years of experience in campaign marketing, demand generation, or ABM within B2B SaaS environments.
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, specifically HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance trends and suggest optimizations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
