What you will do

• Design and maintain technical training materials and digital learning content for IT and cloud domains.
• Create curriculum pathways and learning solutions specifically focused on AWS-related services.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and technical stakeholders to translate complex concepts into engaging training.
• Build interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.
• Review and validate materials to ensure technical accuracy, consistency, and instructional quality.
• Integrate multimedia and AI-enabled tools to enhance learner experience and knowledge retention.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional design or technical curriculum development for technical audiences.
• Proven experience designing self-directed eLearning programs.
• Strong understanding of IT concepts, cloud technologies, and familiarity with AWS services.
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Availability to work within North America Eastern Time (ET) working hours.
