TL;DR

Learning Experience Designer (SaaS): Designing and delivering end-to-end technical learning journeys for customers to maximize product value with an accent on omni-channel delivery and digital adoption. Focus on architecting the user learning ecosystem, integrating AI-driven L&D tools, and creating contextual in-app guidance.

Location: Hybrid (London). Must be able to work 3 days per week in the London office.

What you will do

  • Map technical user journeys to identify friction points and design omni-channel learning experiences.
  • Lead instructor-led technical training (ILT/vILT) for global audiences.
  • Utilize AI tools to accelerate content production and personalize learning.
  • Build contextual in-app walkthroughs and triggers using the hirify.global platform.
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to align learning programs with new feature launches.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in technical training, product enablement, or LX design within a SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency with Articulate (Rise 360/Storyline 360), Synthesia, Camtasia, or similar tools.
  • Portfolio demonstrating the use of AI to scale work or analyze learner data.
  • Native or fluent English proficiency.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to the London office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

  • Professional fluency in German or French.
  • Prior experience with the hirify.global product.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
