FP&A Manager (SaaS)

What you will do

• Manage annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, long-range planning, and monthly management reporting processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models and projections, including forecasted income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Build scalable forecasting and reporting frameworks to improve visibility into business performance.
• Track and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs, performing variance analysis to provide actionable insights.
• Partner cross-functionally with leadership to provide financial guidance and evaluate strategic investments.
• Prepare board materials, business plans, and executive presentations for senior leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or accounting.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong financial modeling skills.
• General understanding of US GAAP accounting principles.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into concise insights for non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• CPA certification.
• Public company experience, including exposure to SEC reporting and filings.
• Experience supporting a high-growth SaaS, adtech, or media business.
• Experience with NetSuite and/or specialized financial planning systems.
