What you will do

• Drive company-level financial initiatives and partner with senior leadership on growth and profitability.
• Lead cross-functional strategic planning and forecasting to align business strategy with financial targets.
• Influence executive decisions on pricing, partnerships, product strategy, and go-to-market investments.
• Build and evolve complex financial and operating models that reflect business complexity.
• Identify high-impact opportunities by synthesizing data, market insights, and internal performance trends.
• Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for executive and board-level audiences.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, biz ops, consulting, or investment banking.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to New York, NY (Hybrid: 3 days/week on-site).
• Expertise in financial modeling and exceptional attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Mindset to leverage AI as the default way of work.

Nice to have

• Operating experience at high-growth, scaling companies.
• Deep understanding of fintech or financial services business models.
• Experience with databases, SQL, and BI tools.
