Location: Hybrid in Sheffield, UK (in-office 3 days per week)

What you will do

• Lead and facilitate customer co-design sessions and feedback workshops throughout the development lifecycle.
• Own end-to-end design execution, including problem framing, user flows, detailed UI, and engineering handoff.
• Contribute to product backlog prioritization by providing a clear design and customer perspective.
• Build low- to high-fidelity prototypes to validate directions with stakeholders before engineering investment.
• Integrate AI tools like Cursor and Claude Code into the daily design and build workflow.
• Partner with Product Marketing and product leads on feature launch preparation and GTM materials.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product design experience with demonstrated ownership of shipped software features in a B2B or enterprise SaaS context.
• A portfolio showing complete design work, including problem framing, user flows, and post-launch outcomes.
• Experience leading co-design sessions and translating qualitative insights into specific design decisions.
• Active use of AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) in daily design work.
• Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and keep engineering unblocked.
• Clear written communication skills for documenting design decisions and tradeoffs.

Nice to have

• Experience prototyping in code or with front-end adjacent tools.
• Experience partnering with go-to-market or Product Marketing teams.
• Familiarity with agile development principles and backlog prioritization.
• Knowledge of hirify.global or the product analytics and digital adoption category.
