TL;DR

Senior Product Designer (SaaS): Designing end-to-end user experiences for a suite of privacy-focused products with an accent on translating complex security constraints into intuitive interfaces. Focus on high-fidelity visual craft, maintaining a scalable design system, and solving technical trade-offs in collaboration with engineering.

Location: Hybrid (Office-first). Must be based in or near one of the office locations: Geneva, Zurich, Prague, Barcelona, Paris, London, Vilnius, Skopje, or Taipei.

What you will do

• Own the design process end-to-end across product areas, from initial scoping and ideation to final specs and QA.
• Simplify complex privacy and security constraints into trustworthy experiences for non-technical users.
• Identify UX debt and product gaps and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Contribute to and enforce the hirify.global Design System, including icons, components, and interaction patterns.
• Collaborate directly with engineers to validate designs against technical constraints during the build process.
• Define premium micro-interactions and transitions that enhance clarity and user experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products at scale within a SaaS or tech company.
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end flows, from concept and visual execution to engineering handoff.
• Advanced command of visual craft, including typography, layout, spacing, and color hierarchy.
• Experience shipping products while managing real technical trade-offs with engineering teams.
• Practical experience contributing to a living design system.
• Ability to clearly articulate design rationale to PMs, engineers, and leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience with Rand or similar large-scale UX research methods.
• Background in designing privacy-respecting alternatives to mainstream social or community platforms.
