Senior Product Designer (AI/SaaS)

Senior Product Designer (AI/SaaS): Designing and owning the end-to-end UX and visual design for an AI-first internal startup hub across a multi-product SaaS ecosystem with an accent on in-product surfaces, dashboards, and growth journeys. Focus on building intuitive interaction flows, maintaining a scalable design system, and implementing AI-augmented design workflows.

Location: Fully Remote, but must have the right to work in one of the listed European countries (Belgium, Italy, Portugal, Germany, UK, Spain). No relocation or sponsorship provided.

What you will do

• Own visual and UX design end-to-end for the Hub experience, including dashboards, widgets, and conversion surfaces.
• Translate product needs into interaction flows, wireframes, and polished visual designs.
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across multiple products.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering squads to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Integrate AI-assisted design workflows to accelerate prototyping and iteration.
• Conduct user research and usability validation to improve product outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, specifically within SaaS, platforms, or consumer products.
• Expertise in both UX and visual design with a strong portfolio of shipped digital products at scale.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with AI-augmented design tools.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Proof of eligibility to work in the country of application (No relocation/visa sponsorship).
• Ability to work autonomously as a senior individual contributor.
