What you will do

  • Lead the full sales cycle from initial interest to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-suite and executive-level clients across various industries.
  • Develop detailed business plans to achieve predetermined goals and quotas.
  • Consult with customers to identify business objectives and model hirify.global use cases.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and technical teams to ensure smooth hand-offs and client loyalty.
  • Manage agreements and maintain sales data within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US.
  • 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role within Tech or Financial Services.
  • Proficiency with the MEDDPICC sales methodology.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven track record of success (e.g., President's Club, Chairman's Club).

Nice to have

  • Master's degree or other advanced degree.
  • B2B SaaS sales experience targeting the North American market.
  • Professional background in finance or business planning.
