What you will do

• Provide technical support and repair for desktops, laptops, and servers.
• Respond to and resolve service calls within established service level agreements.
• Perform complex troubleshooting and administrative reporting for all client interactions.
• Manage asset and inventory control through prompt part turnarounds.
• Maintain high customer service satisfaction based on company guidelines.
• Follow all safety policies and guidelines during daily operations.

Requirements

• Technical school certification or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with insurance.
• Ability to drive long distances and perform occasional overnight assignments.
• Ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Must own a basic repair tool kit.
