What you will do
- Provide onsite operational and infrastructure support in airport and office environments.
- Perform desktop support and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities.
- Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues across IT equipment.
- Support network devices, kiosks, display systems, and other peripherals.
- Provide occasional overnight, weekend, and off-hours support.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of IT/Desktop Support experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
- Proficiency with Windows, MS Office, and Outlook.
- Must be based in Boston, MA or able to work onsite.
- Ability to travel to nearby airports and work flexible hours (weekends/off-hours).
Nice to have
- A+ Certification.
- Experience with network or server support.
- Previous experience working in airline or airport environments.
