Salary: $52,000 – $56,200

What you will do

• Provide onsite operational and infrastructure support in airport and office environments.
• Perform desktop support and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues across IT equipment.
• Support network devices, kiosks, display systems, and other peripherals.
• Provide occasional overnight, weekend, and off-hours support.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of IT/Desktop Support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
• Proficiency with Windows, MS Office, and Outlook.
• Must be based in Boston, MA or able to work onsite.
• Ability to travel to nearby airports and work flexible hours (weekends/off-hours).

Nice to have

• A+ Certification.
• Experience with network or server support.
• Previous experience working in airline or airport environments.
