TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Manager (EdTech): Owning and growing high-value Multi Academy Trusts and Local Authorities by driving product adoption and strategic expansion. Focus on building executive relationships, managing platform health, and translating complex customer needs into actionable insights for product development.

Location: Remote-first with frequent travel (minimum 20%) to customer sites in the UK.

Salary: Up to £45,000 + bonus + car allowance.

What you will do

  • Build and nurture relationships with C-suite and operational stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular health checks and success reviews to drive product adoption.
  • Identify and manage commercial growth opportunities including upsells and cross-sells.
  • Provide technical guidance on system configuration, integrations, and APIs.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for Product and Engineering teams.
  • Travel to customer sites to manage progress and functionality roll-out plans.

Requirements

  • Must have the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship provided).
  • 3+ years of experience in a SaaS customer success or customer-facing role.
  • Strong background in School/MAT/LA environments preferred.
  • Experience with Gainsight and AI tooling for KPI tracking.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for executive stakeholder management.
  • Ability to travel frequently (minimum 20% of time) to customer sites.

  • Prior experience with Arbor MIS.
